The project stems from two needs: to respond to the institute’s critical issues as they emerged following the evaluation of the RAV results and the Invalsi tests and to enrich the “PTOF” with a European educational experience. The project’s distinguished feature is the relevant educational value which derives from its international dimension where the institute intends to place its educational activity after a long interruption due to the Covid19 pandemic.
The project involves all components: students, teachers, the Principal and administrative staff. Its main activities are: teacher training mobilites focused on the STEM field, the GreenComp and LifeComp frameworks and jobshadowing to observe other European schools and innovate curriculum in an inclusive way; short mobilities of three groups of students to European schools for the development of green and soft skills; mobilities of Principal and administrative staff for English language learning
Teacher training:
1.innovative teaching in the field of STEM in order to enrich the curricula through varied and attractive activities to improve students’ results;
2. management of cross-curricular issues through a skills-based teaching approach;
3. inclusive teaching and students’ mentoring practices.
Student mobilities:
development of a cooperative task on naturalistic areas with creation of final product;
Staff:
for the Principal and administrative staff: development of English language skills.

Il progetto nasce da due esigenze: rispondere ai bisogni dell’istituto emersi in seguito alla valutazione dei risultati negativi del RAV e delle prove Invalsi, ammodernare i curricoli e arricchire il PTOF di un’esperienza educativa europea. Il tratto distintivo del progetto è la rilevanza formativa che assume la sua dimensione internazionale, nella quale l’istituto intende riportare l’ attività educativa dopo una lunga interruzione dovuta alla pandemia da Covid19.
Il progetto coinvolge le componenti studenti,docenti, DS, staff amministrativo. Obiettivi principali sono: mobilità di docenti per formazione in ambito STEM, nei framework GreenComp e LifeComp,e jobshadowing sull’inclusione allo scopo di innovare le proposte curricolari in chiave inclusiva; mobilità di tre gruppi di studenti presso scuole europee per lo sviluppo di competenze di cittadinanza, green e soft skills; mobilità del DS e dello staff amministrativo per formazione in lingua inglese
Formazione docenti:
1.didattica innovativa nel campo delle STEM che arricchisca i curricoli attraverso attività varie e attraenti per migliorare gli esiti degli alunni” ;
2. gestione di tematiche trasversali attraverso un approccio didattico basato sulle competenze;
3. didattica inclusiva, mentoring. per studenti.
Mobilità studenti:
sviluppo di un task cooperativo su luoghi di interesse naturalistico con elaborazione di prodotto finale;
Staff:
per il DS e lo staff sviluppo di abilità in lingua inglese.
